Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills for optimal customer experience.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and exceed expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
5. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer onboarding and support activities.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer satisfaction focus, effective communication, and relationship-building skills (Required)

Hourly Pay: $19.00 + $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, eligible for incentive of approximately $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Employees also qualify for stock grants.
