Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an essential part of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs and are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to exceed performance targets.
Hourly pay starts at $19.00 plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert is possible with incentives averaging $18,000/year, plus guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
