Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate them on devices and plans, and help drive sales while delivering outstanding experiences.

You will train on processes, stay adaptable to evolving technology, and build rapport with customers to foster trust and loyalty in a high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This team excels in a high-traffic environment where technology constantly evolves, and customer needs change. Whether you're educating, demonstrating, or recommending solutions, if you're happy to provide outstanding experiences and help customers stay connected to what matters most.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.
• At T-Mobile, we are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, being friendly, and engaging with customers. We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. Education and Work Experience
