Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They act as ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. They are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs, aiming to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers: Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital tools: Use self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate product value through solution-based selling, including onboarding and app utilization.
  3. Complete training and store procedures: Learn the in-store experience, products, systems, and procedures, including opening/closing, security, and reporting lost assets.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service: Connect personally, build rapport and loyalty, follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Support customer relationships: Collaborate with nearby teams for account setup, device support, and account servicing.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Customer-focused attitude, team-oriented mindset, competitive sales drive
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S., at least 18 years old
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, and various discounts.
