Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to join our high-traffic warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and promote the value of our wireless solutions while delivering friendly, expert service.

You’ll participate in on‑the‑job training, have access to competitive base pay of $18 per hour plus $5 training pay, and join an environment that supports growth, benefits, and helping customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, bringing energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. This team excels in a high-traffic environment where technology constantly evolves, and customer needs change. Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers! Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, and store operations.

We can connect on a personal level, match the pace of the customer, establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
