Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create energy around our products, and thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and employ solution-based selling techniques to deepen customer relationships.
• Complete training on products, systems, and procedures, and stay updated on current promotions and resources to provide excellent customer service.
• Build rapport with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage sales processes to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with nearby store teams to support customer onboarding and service needs.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred

• Passionate about customer satisfaction and able to connect personally with customers
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices
• Competitive in sales with confidence in a fast-paced environment
