Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create energy around our products, and thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Hourly Pay: $17.50, with potential incentives and promotion to Mobile Expert after training. All employees are guaranteed $20/hour including incentives and are eligible for stock grants.
