Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products, and thrive in a high-traffic environment. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers on solutions, consistently exceeding performance targets through excellent sales and service.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate product value, helping customers understand how to use the T-Mobile app and services effectively.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills; and support store operations including opening, closing, and securing assets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and foster loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
  5. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer onboarding and support activities.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and share best practices
  • Confidence and drive in a fast-paced sales environment
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Travel: No

Hourly Pay: $19.00 plus $5.00 training pay during the first 90 days. Upon promotion, eligible for an annual incentive of approximately $18,000. All employees guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants.
