Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will represent and promote the C4 brand by increasing brand awareness and supporting sales through sampling, product demos, merchandising, and relationship building with retail accounts. You will work within your designated territory but may travel outside it as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote the brand positively through sampling and events.
  2. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude aligned with brand image.
  3. Engage consumers and communicate key product messages during activations.
  4. Identify new opportunities and communicate them to the Field Marketing Manager.
  5. Set up and dismantle event site elements efficiently.
  6. Manage inventory and assets at local storage facilities.
  7. Build relationships with store managers and maintain in-store displays.
  8. Educate customers via samples and demos when applicable.
  9. Participate in distributor meetings and market activities.
  10. Report activities and track performance metrics using CRM tools like Repsly.
  11. Track sampling numbers, inventory, and hours worked accurately.
  12. Maintain product training and certifications.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years of event marketing or brand promotion (preferred).
  • Availability for 29 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Dependable, results-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to carry 50+ lbs and meet job demands.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
