Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, building relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and recommending solutions to meet their needs. Mobile Associates aim to exceed performance targets by providing excellent customer service and achieving sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with customers in a retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate product value, helping customers understand how to use the T-Mobile app and self-serve options.
  • Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and procedures; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage sales processes to drive satisfaction and sales.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, securing assets, and reporting issues.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and share best practices.
  • Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Hourly pay: $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert with higher earnings and stock grants.
