Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of our Retail Team, responsible for embodying the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These associates thrive in high-traffic environments, building relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions to ensure satisfaction and exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques, including onboarding and demonstrating the T-Mobile app.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, new products, and systems; continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
4. Build rapport with customers, providing exceptional service, following up, capturing referrals, and managing sales processes, including price overrides for special offers.
5. Collaborate with nearby stores and support teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to support and servicing.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience

• Minimum 6 months in customer service and/or sales, retail preferred (Required)
