Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create energy around our products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and educating customers about solutions, consistently exceeding performance targets through excellent service and sales.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction.
3. Complete training on store experience, new products, systems, and procedures; continuously improve skills to serve customers better.
4. Build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and follow up to drive sales and loyalty. Perform price overrides when necessary.
5. Collaborate with nearby stores and support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer satisfaction focus and ability to connect personally with customers (Required)
• Team player willing to learn and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive in sales and comfortable in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
