Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, education, and solution-based selling.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions to deepen customer relationships.
• Complete training on store processes, products, and systems, and ensure readiness at all times. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and exceed customer expectations. Follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
• Collaborate with store leadership and nearby teams to support customer experience from setup to support and servicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and team building (Required)
• Competitive in fast-paced sales environments (Required)

Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay starts at $17.50/hour, with incentives and potential promotion to a Mobile Expert role earning up to $18,000/year in incentives. All employees earn at least $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts.
