Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about connectivity and thriving in a fast-paced environment, they focus on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning and growth, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience by:
   • Assisting customers with their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
   • Exploring customer needs and demonstrating new technology.
   • Offering personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
   • Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, completing training on store systems and resources, and continuously learning about wireless innovations.
3. Build relationships with T-Mobile teams across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and identify small business leads.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
