Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They connect deeply with customers, building relationships and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where new associates develop skills in preparation for the Mobile Expert position. As a Mobile Associate, you will complete new employee training.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
   • Helping customers continue their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
   • Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology products.
   • Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
   • Approaching service and sales with integrity and compassion.
2. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on in-store experience and systems.
3. Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

• Passionate customer advocate (Required)

• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hour plus $5.00/hour training pay. After training, eligible for incentives up to $18,000/year. All employees guaranteed $20/hour including incentives.
