As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will be part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as a brand ambassador to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and connect deeply with customers to understand and meet their needs. Your role involves educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions, with a focus on continuous learning and skill development to progress to the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology, accessories, and IoT devices, approaching each interaction with integrity and compassion.
2. Utilize digital tools effectively to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and new innovations, completing training on store experience, skills, and systems. Continuously learn and stay updated on wireless technology advancements.
3. Establish relationships across channels, including with business and customer service teams, to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

Additional Details

Within the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and be eligible for incentive pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with guaranteed $20/hour including incentives.
