Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about the connected world, they thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology and customer needs evolve. They focus on building relationships with customers, uncovering their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
   • Assisting customers through their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
   • Demonstrating the latest technology and exploring individual needs.
   • Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
   • Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on store systems and processes.
3. Establish relationships with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
