Job Overview
Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors to bring the T-Mobile experience to life. They build energy around our products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and develop strong customer relationships. They focus on understanding customer needs, educating them about devices and services, and building expertise to advance to a Mobile Expert role. New associates are required to complete training successfully.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience by helping customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
  2. Utilize digital tools during interactions, showcase network coverage, explain plans, complete training, and stay informed about innovations.
  3. Establish relationships with other T-Mobile employees across channels, resolve issues, support team initiatives, and foster an inclusive environment.
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Work Experience
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun (Required)
  • Competitive drive and success in sales environments (Required)

Hourly Pay: $19.00

During training, associates are eligible for incentive pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert includes an annual incentive target of $18,000, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for stock grants.
