Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, connecting deeply with customers to understand their needs and educate them on device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates developing skills to advance to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Sales: Assist customers by providing personalized solutions, demonstrating technology, and ensuring a world-class experience, both online and in-store.
2. Digital Tools Proficiency: Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and complete training on store systems and processes.
3. Team Collaboration: Partner with other T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with a fun, engaging personality (Required)
• Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Team-oriented, eager to learn and share ideas (Required)
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required)
