Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Mobile Patrol for a part-time shift in San Antonio, TX. You will patrol retail locations, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while maintaining a professional presence and excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid Texas driver's license, a Level III Armed Certification, being at least 21 years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training, benefits, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Maintain an armed presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership.
