Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and suspicious activity in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, access points, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel entering restricted areas.
• Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol logs and communicate with leadership.
