Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and more in customer homes. You will be travelling on a company vehicle and using a mobile app to manage orders and paperwork.

You bring hands-on repair experience, EPA certification, and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with testing and repair tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing appliances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and more.
• Deliver high-quality, code-compliant repairs and clearly explain your work.
• Recommend solutions that help customers protect and maintain their homes.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and manage parts inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
