Job summary

Sears Home Services in Fresno, CA is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances in customers’ homes. The role offers movement across households with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with provided tools and a company vehicle, receive expert training, and have opportunities for advancement within Sears Home Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing/repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and exceed expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home comfort and cleanliness.
• Keep company truck maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
