Peach State Truck Centers is seeking a skilled technician to perform maintenance on class 5-8 trucks and RVs, across multiple locations away from main shops. You will execute preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and component repairs following OEM guidelines.

Responsibilities include creating work orders, communicating with customers, maintaining parts inventory, scheduling road service maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness on site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs various truck systems using hand tools and power tools.
• Creates and opens work orders and maintains weekly repair-location schedules.
• Communicates repair needs to customers and advises on required repairs.
• Maintains parts inventory on road service vehicles.
• Test drives trucks to diagnose malfunctions and verify repairs.
• Keeps work area clean and ensures vehicle cleanliness during and after repairs.
