Job summary

Contour is seeking a Mobile Aircraft Traveling Maintenance Technician to provide on-site aircraft maintenance across multiple stations and outstations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely return to service. You will support locations with staffing gaps and assist with new station startups.

The role requires FAA A&P certification, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and FAA/random testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary or supplemental maintenance coverage.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control.
• Perform line maintenance, drop-in maintenance, and AOG troubleshooting.
• Document all maintenance actions.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and company manuals.
