Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of OE scan tools, and can service A/C systems. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and ongoing opportunities for skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE scan tools.
• Ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• 4+ years of relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
• Eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing repair estimates.
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis.
• Perform wiring repairs.
• Advise shops of needed repairs.
• Maintain inventory, communicate orders to support staff, and verify receipts.
• Write, print, and email service invoices.
• Collect signatures or payment for work performed.
• Deliver completed invoices and payments to the office.
• Maintain shop equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and advise management of repairs.
• Keep Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule and complete jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
