Qualifications

• Ability to service A/C systems and perform wiring repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and shop representatives.
• Determine testing and analysis requirements and review repair estimates.
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis.
• Perform wiring repairs and advise shops of needed repairs.
• Maintain inventory, communicate orders, and verify receipts.
• Write, print, and email service invoices.
• Collect signatures or payments for completed work.
• Deliver completed invoices and payments to the office.
• Maintain shop equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Advise management regarding equipment repairs.
• Keep Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to schedule and complete jobs according to PPT guidelines.
• Maintain the service vehicle.
• Perform other assigned duties.
