Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician. The role focuses on performing precise ADAS calibrations after repairs, diagnosing electrical issues, and repairing wiring harnesses.

You will use OEM libraries, diagnostic tools, and calibration equipment to ensure safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive repair experience, trade school is a plus, and ASE/I-CAR certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years automotive repair experience; trade school is a plus.
• ASE or I‑CAR certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology; familiarity with tech and software programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on various vehicles (foreign, domestic, EV).
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses as needed.
• Explain calibration specifications and repair planning to collision centers, insurers, and customers.
