The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of automotive repair experience, familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools, and a customer‑focused approach. Travel for training and customer locations is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and precision.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years automotive repair experience
• Trade school experience is a plus
• ASE or I-CAR certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology
• Understanding of technology & basic software programs
• Familiarity with aftermarket and OEM diagnostic tools and factory software

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations per OE specs
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses
• Use OEM service libraries and diagnosis tools
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify calibrations
• Explain calibration specs and repair planning needs to stakeholders
• Maintain organized workspace and manage tools and inventory
