Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration Technician to perform on-site ADAS calibrations and complex electrical diagnostics across a variety of vehicles. You will build strong customer relationships and maintain clear communication with collision centers, insurers, and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years of automotive repair experience, knowledge of OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools, and willingness to travel for training and service calls.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years automotive repair experience.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology.
• Understanding of technology and basic software programs.
• Travel for training is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on various vehicle makes and models, on-site or at customer locations.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses as needed.
• Use OEM service libraries, diagnostic tools, and calibration equipment to ensure correct vehicle operation.
• Explain calibration specifications and repair plans to collision centers, insurers, and customers.
• Maintain inventory and ensure tooling software updates are applied promptly.
• Participate in online training and complete certifications as needed.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify functionality and safety.
