Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate in Jacksonville to support the store team by delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. You will be the go-to resource for activation, troubleshooting, and customer education, helping customers leave the store confident in Comcast products and services.

You will perform activations, assist with BYOD, guide tablet setup, and help with wearables, while maintaining clean, organized counters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of related retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with mobile devices and basic tech support.

Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on mobile devices and BYOD.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and secure accounts as needed.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM setup.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising to support customer experience.
• Upsell accessories and add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction.
