Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Part-time Sales Support specialist in Issaquah, WA. You will promote mobile accessories through live demos, train retail staff, and ensure optimal in-store stock and shelf placement. Take ownership of product messaging to boost sales and store collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/retail, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle. Flexible weekend hours in a PT retail setting are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales.
• Passion for technology and tech solutions for at home environmental protection
• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.
• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.
• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote mobile accessories through live demos and customer engagement.
• Ensure competitive shelf placement of client products and help maintain adequate on-site stock.
• Deliver impactful product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique features.
• Distribute product information to generate interest and support sales conversion.
• Build strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to foster product advocacy and collaboration.
• Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory - with a focus on both on-site sales and passive sales generated through store training.
