Job summary

Merakey seeks a Fee for Service Licensed Behavior Consultant to support Ebensburg, PA, traveling to counties served. The role involves designing and directing behavior modification plans, with supervision available for those pursuing BCBA licensure.

A clinician can earn $30/hour unlicensed, $35/hour licensed, or $40/hour for BCBA credentials. The position includes mileage stipend, laptop, and flexible scheduling with a minimum of 15 hours per week, plus supervision and training opportunities to

Qualifications

• PA license or BEBA/BCBA/BCaBA etc with 1 year ABA experience.
• Minimum 1 year full-time ABA experience with BCBA supervision and 40 hours ABA training approved by DoH or BACB.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to Mobile Therapist within the treatment team.
• Provide assessment, program design, and monitoring with limited direct therapy.
• Maintain direct contact with child and family.
• Participate in team meetings regularly.
• Consult in child-centered, family-focused meetings when behavioral issues arise in schools.
