Merakey in Williamsport, PA seeks a Behavior Consultant - Fee for Service to join its IBHS team. The role offers flexible, meaningful work with a focus on children and families.

The BC position leads one-on-one treatment across home, school, and community settings, performing assessments, treatment planning, data collection, and collaboration with families and stakeholders to reach goals. Qualified candidates may hold PA licensure as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA or graduate degrees in ABA,

Qualifications

• PA license as Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification required.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education or counseling.
• At least 1 year full-time direct mental health services to children.
• Clinical or mental health direct service practicum completed.
• If working with individuals with autism, must be licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or CRNP as well as one of the above.

Responsibilities

• Lead role within home, school, and community settings.
• Provide direct one-on-one treatment per client needs.
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Engage with families and clients, collect data.
• Complete daily session documents.
