100% Remote.

Our direct client has an opening for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer (ID: 11694-1).

This position is up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension, located in Columbia, SC.

DEA requires an Architect or Senior Azure Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in cloud engineering, design patterns, and our technology stack to facilitate rapid implementation while supporting existing services.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily standups
• Backlog refinement
• Demos and reviews
• Retrospectives
• Development tasks
• Code reviews
• Testing
• Ensure work item acceptance criteria and team’s definition of done are met
• Work within the DevOps model, taking responsibility for end-to-end quality and support

Additional Skills:

Required Skills (ranked by importance):

• Minimum 10 years of application development experience using solid object-oriented design principles and standards

Preferred Skills (ranked by importance):

• Understanding of networking services and concepts in Azure
• Experience with test-driven development principles
• Experience developing, using, or administering SAP, SAP 4/HANA, IVALUA, or other ERP systems
