Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Technology professional to lead MMIS implementations and data integrity efforts across Workday, GHX, Pyxis and EPIC. You will manage item master data, respond to leadership with strategic reports, and guide staff through system upgrades.

The role requires experience in healthcare inventory control, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective negotiation with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience.
7 years' experience with materials management information systems.
Direct healthcare inventory control experience.
Ability to act independently and solve problems proactively.
Strong negotiation skills with internal resources and vendors.

Responsibilities

Implement Supply Chain software systems that meet functional needs and align with strategy.
Maintain data integrity of item master data, including price updates and interface data.
Handle Help Desk Remedy tickets for Workday Supply Chain issues.
Monitor Workday, GHX, Pyxis and EPIC and provide resolutions as needed.
Design and assist reporting and data extraction to support projects.
Respond to management requests with automated and on-demand reports.
Participate in budget processes and requisition adjustments.
Train staff on the Workday Materials Management System.
