We are looking for a Foreman to lead flooring maintenance projects across commercial settings. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who has experience working with methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring systems-or similar coatings-and is ready to take on greater responsibility. You'll lead your team, oversee job quality and safety, and ensure each installation is completed to our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MMA flooring maintenance crew on commercial job sites
• Ensure all work meets project specs, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate site prep, product mixing, and application schedules
• Train new crew members in safe and efficient flooring practices
• Operate grinders, mixers, and other floor prep/application equipment
• Ensure all PPE and safety protocols are followed on site
• Communicate with project managers and site contacts to coordinate workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site
• Complete job documentation including time tracking, photos, and project notes
• Support company growth by mentoring newer installers
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in MMA or resinous flooring systems preferred
• Background in coatings, concrete prep, epoxy, or similar trades acceptable
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Able to read job specs, follow safety procedures, and troubleshoot on site
• Comfortable using tools/equipment for surface prep and flooring installation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Willing to travel to job sites as needed
