We are a nationwide leader in commercial kitchen flooring repairs, seeking a Foreman to lead maintenance projects across commercial settings. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone experienced with methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring systems or similar coatings, ready to take on greater responsibility. You will lead your team, oversee job quality and safety, and ensure installations meet our standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MMA flooring maintenance crew on commercial sites
• Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate site prep, product mixing, and application schedules
• Train new crew members in safe and efficient flooring practices
• Operate grinders, mixers, and other equipment for surface prep and application
• Ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed
• Communicate with project managers and site contacts to coordinate workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site
• Complete job documentation, including time tracking, photos, and notes
• Mentor newer installers to support company growth

Qualifications

• Experience with MMA or resinous flooring systems preferred
• Background in coatings, concrete prep, epoxy, or similar trades acceptable
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Ability to read job specs, follow safety procedures, and troubleshoot on-site
• Proficiency with tools/equipment for surface prep and flooring installation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Willing to travel to job sites as needed
