Job summary

UFC GYM Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated private trainer to help change lives through service, science and sales. You will lead private MMA training sessions, assess clients, and design programs on the gym floor with safety and energy.

Join a fitness-focused workplace with on-site classes and training opportunities. You will be a brand ambassador for UFC GYM's Train Different philosophy, help build client base, and participate in workshops while enjoying health benefits and flexible

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training from assessment to program design.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its "Train Different" philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops.
