Job summary

UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking qualified fitness professionals to provide private MMA training and drive client success at our facility. The role focuses on changing lives through service, science, and sales while representing the UFC GYM brand and its Train Different philosophy.

You will conduct safe, effective training sessions, maintain a clean, organized gym space, and participate in revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.

Compensation: $16.50 - $45.00 per hour
