Job summary

Riviera Dining Group in Miami, FL seeks a MM Driver to ensure seamless transportation for members and guests to and from venues, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and first-class service. The role requires a polished appearance and the ability to convey information clearly, while supporting a luxury hospitality experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, loading luggage, escorting guests to entrances, and maintaining a clean, well-presented vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in the luxury/upscale hospitality industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year driving experience
• Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and members in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with RDG standards which will vary according to the needs of member or guest scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform.
• Greet guests' and members in a pleasant manner.
• Maintain appropriate music channel and level as dictated by marketing team.
• Load and unload luggage as necessary.
• Escort guests to the restaurant entrance.
• Open and close doors for arriving and departing guests and members.
• Maintain current listing of local and area attractions special events and activities.
• Provide information maps and directions as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of car (front, back, trunk and exterior)
• Deliver packages or items between restaurants as needed.
• Always maintain a clean smelling car by not allowing food, drink, smoking, or alcoholic beverages.
• Other duties as required.
