Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an Associate's degree as Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Current and active national certification from ASCP as MLS/MLT.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (centrifuges, analyzers, microscopes, pipettes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analytical tests on body fluids and tissues.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
