MLT/Lab Assistant - Pleasant Hill Clinic Laboratory - PT

Join MercyOne as a MLT/Lab Assistant at the Pleasant Hill Clinic Laboratory. This role supports CLIA-Moderately Complex Testing Laboratories in the Des Moines Metro area, including Ankeny, Clive, Pleasant Hill, and Indianola.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing phlebotomy and laboratory tests such as CBC, urinalysis, and Flu/COVID testing
• Supporting laboratory operations and maintaining specimen integrity
• Operating and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation
• Ensuring quality control and participating in new procedure implementations
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Employment Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Shift hours vary between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (weekends)
• Location: Pleasant Hill Clinic Laboratory
