Job summary

Maysville Community & Technical College, part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, is hiring a full-time Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor for Rowan and Maysville campuses. The role includes teaching in classroom and lab settings, advising students, and contributing to curriculum and assessment development.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree with 3 years of related medical laboratory experience and certification (MLT/MT/MLS).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree with 3 years of related work experience in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science or Technology
Certification as a MLT, MT or MLS required
Experience with Blackboard or similar LMS is preferred

Responsibilities

Teach and advise on Medical Laboratory Technology in classroom and lab settings.
Develop curriculum, teaching materials, and assessments for the MLT program.
Participate in faculty and division meetings and ongoing professional development.
Provide remediation and evaluate students with skill deficits.
Maintain lab supplies and materials for student demonstrations and practice.

Education
