Job summary

Graham Health System is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician (MLS/MLT) for the Laboratory department at Graham Hospital. The role conducts moderate to high complexity tests and reports results in a timely, CAP-compliant manner under supervision.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Science with CLS/MLS coursework and certification eligibility within 1 year, plus one year of full-time clinical lab experience or completion of a Medical Sciences program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science with CLS/MLS coursework meeting ASCP/AMT certification requirements.
• AMT/ASCP certification eligibility within 1 year of hire.
• One year of full-time clinical laboratory experience or completion of Medical Sciences program.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity laboratory tests and report results.
• Ensure accuracy and safety of test results under CAP standards.
• Receive day-to-day guidance from department supervisors and report to Laboratory Administrative Director.
