Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO seeks a MLS Technical Specialist UA/Coag to participate in comprehensive laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and timely results. The role includes oversight in the absence of the manager and serving as the technical expert for department issues.

Responsibilities include specimen analysis, QA/QI coordination, regulatory compliance, mentoring, and instrument maintenance with documentation.

Formación

• Requires MLS/AMT licensure eligibility with CLIA high complexity testing.
• Strong domain expertise in MLS with Coagulation.
• Experience with quality control and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze patient, control, and proficiency testing specimens and record results per policy.
• Oversee departmental operations and staffing in manager's absence.
• Coordinate QA/QI activities and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Mentor students and staff; provide competency training where applicable.
• Maintain instrument calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
