Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist for the Chemistry and Hematology labs. This 40-hour-per-week evening-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. A 15% weekend shift differential is paid.

A $7,500 sign-on/retention bonus is available for external hires under certain conditions. The position offers collaboration in a teaching hospital environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• AS degree with 4+ years CL lab experience or BS with 2+ years.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced lab.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic tests across chemistry and hematology.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure results are reported only when accurate.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and monitor quality controls.
• Train new staff and support continuing education.
• Comply with hospital safety requirements and procedures.
