Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join our hospital-based Riverview lab. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with every other weekend.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and potential shift differentials for second and third shifts, with eligibility for annual performance bonus. Prospective candidates should have one year of experience in a clinical lab and a BS/BA in Medical Technology or

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Medical Technology or Biology or Chemistry or similar field.
• ASCP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in clinical laboratory settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and report results per SOPs with QC requirements.
• Troubleshoot instruments and procedures in the department.
• Support quality control, staff training and process improvements.
• Enter test results into LIS and ensure accurate reporting.
