Responsibilities

• Supervise MLS and MAAR data support teams and ensure service quality.
• Manage MLS policy communication and act as data support backup.
• Oversee system updates, enhancements, and administration; address bugs.
• Maintain relationships with technology vendors and serve as primary liaison.
• Drive technology integrations and optimize office processes with data exports.
• Identify and implement commercial strategies to improve user experience with commercial information exchange; oversee staff liaison and events.
