Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Consultant to design, develop, and operationalize data, AI, and ML solutions across the enterprise. You will work with data scientists and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and production-ready analytics.

The role emphasizes MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices to support production-grade ML pipelines, AI agent development, and governance within an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience supporting machine learning, analytics, DevOps, or MLOps environments.
• Experience deploying and supporting analytical or machine learning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Programming in Python, SQL, R, or PySpark.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Move ML models from development into production, including packaging, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines for training, scoring, deployment, and retraining.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and reusable data/feature products.
• Develop model monitoring and analytics frameworks for multiple models (performance, stability, drift).
• Design and build AI agents and workflows using large language models (LLMs).
• Develop testing/Evaluation frameworks for AI agents (accuracy, bias, safety).
• Deploy AI agents into production with guardrails, logging, and cost monitoring.
• Measure business impact by defining metrics and tracking lift, efficiency gains.
