Responsibilities

• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
• Trace a low-drama technology bug across three Team Leadership services to the one bad line
• Build the Emotional Intelligence tooling that makes every other Kailua engineer faster
• Stand up observability so HealthBridge sees failures before customers in HI do
• Pull HealthBridge's MLOps stack out of the HI region before the migration deadline
